OUR POINT OF VIEW
Meet Catherine Dorrough, the founder of Dorrough Creative. A relentless perfectionist, she works alongside a talented team of thinkers, creators, and dreamers.
Catherine got her professional start 16 years ago as an aspiring photojournalist. At the same time that she developed her eye and artistic sensibility behind the lens, she also became fascinated by the art and science of newspaper and magazine design.
After establishing herself in editorial media, she expanded her scope into print and digital collateral and immersive, larger-than-life event graphics showcased around the world, from Antwerp to Shanghai and many dots on the map in between.
Through this journey, she developed a passion for designing pieces that can be actively engaged with, even played with – design that can spark discoveries and emotions through compelling narratives.
While her primary focus is brand development, she also maintains editorial experience with occasional bylines in The Guardian and Mobile Bay magazine. She has also been published in the Journal of Commerce.
Dorrough Creative celebrated its five-year anniversary in May 2024.

OUR WAY OF WORK
Dorrough Creative is a solo shop with Catherine Dorrough at the helm, but she brings on other talented creatives from within her network for projects that need extra hands or specialized expertise, such as complex websites, fine art illustrations, and marketing strategies. Our project teams have perfected the art of working from everywhere. Geography is not a constraint.
We’re happy to offer advice and creative direction as needed, but our goal is always to help you bring your vision to life. (And if you’re not sure what your vision even is, we can help you clarify it.) If you have elevated taste, let’s lean into it. But if you’re going for something off the beaten path – fantastic. We’ll blaze a trail together.
